I found this firm by luck as my migration agent said they could help with getting me my police checks from both the USA and also Panama where I worked for some time. They indeed provided me the full and clear details on how to get these types of clearances and were able to put my fingerprints on the required forms. I did not think it was going to be this easy and therefore am pleased to do a review and I don't really bother for such normally. Ask for Jin if you need advice as he was very helpful. And one other thing to remember, the Police won't help with any of this type of service. I tried that first and it was no go.

Was finding the whole process here in Perth very difficult to understand as no one could tell me where I could get the information on how to process my Spanish and Hungry criminal history reports i need here for my immigration. I was referred to Jin at the Fingerprinting Office and he was able to handle it all for me. I was so relieved. Therefore I can only say kind words for the help given .

What a easy and friendly experience. I made a booking for a Hong Kong Police Certificate. It took hardly any time to process the fingerprinting as you had all the forms ready. The fingerprinting technician is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Highly recommended. Booking an appointment online in advance is super easy, even on the same day! They are in the computer shop just across from Jamaica Blue coffee. Just off Manning Road with plenty of free parking and easy to get to.
